Wustof Knives

I have had the Wustof classic Knife Block set for about seven years now.I do a lot of cooking and my knives are by far my most treasured kitchen utensil.They are frequently used by professional chefs.They are very comfortable to hold and use. They hold a very sharp edge.I so have my knives professionally sharpened about every six months to ensure theyremain in good condition.I never place them in the dishwasher, I always hand wash them, so I cannot attest to how well they hold up in the dishwasher.

My personal favorite is the Santoku knife.If a person wanted to purchase just one knife, instead of the entire set this is the one that I would reccomend.It is very versatile, makes great clean cuts and can be used in many different capacities.
