X Men Is Nothing Like The Comic By Pillowpants on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

X-Men was an excellent movie if you went with no expectations and had never seen the cartoon or read the comic. However, they changed a lot from both comic and show in the movie and after seeing the movie for the first time, I was infuriated at how they had destroyed this masterpiece I had held dearly for so many years.

Fortunately, I was able to look pass the mistakes (Rogue's character was introduced wrong, the original X-Men are different, etc) and see that they made an absolutely wonderful movie with awesomely perfect actors and a great story.

Patrick Stewart is the guy I just knew would play Professor X for 10 years since I was a trekkie. He was perfect for the role, and so were all the other lesser known yet amazing actors who went out of their way to make the movie a work of art.

I know! I know! I know! But better than a lot of ink to film transfers we've been given over the years! Good write!
