Xbox 360 Elite

Hey Im here to tell you about the Xbox 360 and what I think about it, I originally was torn between purchasing a playstation 3 or an xbox, in the end the xbox came out on top because of price. I payed a lot at the time, somewhere in around 400 for a 120gb console, including one game, and extra joy pad and a wireless network adaptor. The price since then has dropped significantly and bundles like this could probably be found for around the 200 mark. Once i got home with the console i was very impressed with the quality and setup process, found it very easy. The only draw back I can think of was setting up my online connection, took quiet some time to figure that out and had a few problems with firewalls etc. but everything worked out fine in the end. The game i got with the console was Call of duty modern warfare, there is a second release of this out now and i will review those games separably.The picture quality was perfect along with the sound, couldnt fault it at all. The console itself is quiet big and can be awkward to move etc but thats not much of a problem, ive never had any technical difficulties with my xbox but have heard some stories of people getting red lights and having to have their xbox sent off for repair, i only know of one person who this has happened to in my circle of friends and he had no problems with the process and customer care were very helpfull to him, even suplied him with 3 months free xbox live gold membership. This is one thing i have an issue with out of everthing, people shouldnt be charged to have a gold membership just to play online as it can be expensive 40-50 for 12 months, but it is worth it as this is where the xbox really comes alive.
