Xbox 360 Premium
By Ntmanning onI bought my Xbox 360 the August of 2006, almost a year after its initial release. I had been planning on getting one for a long while, but was waiting until a good deal fell into my lap. When it did happen I was thrilled to finally be playing a next-gen game system. The Xbox 360 Premium I am reviewing is an original one, no new chip set or anthing of that nature. I had it fail on me once, by with my warrenty a box was shipped out and I received it within 2 days. All I did was drop it off at the local UPS Store and about a week or so later I got it back. The Game Selection is really what sets the 360 apart from the PS3 at this point. The graphics are still about the same, some multiplatform games will look better on one compared to another. However, the difference is nominal to this point. The 20GB Hard Drive, which actually holds about 13GB, is satisfactory for Demo's and Arcade Games. All you will need to do is delete some Demo's after awhile. I have no problem doing that. The Controller is reviewed by me in another review, which I praise very highly. The system itself can be noisy because of the fan trying to keep the system cool, but nothing too bad in my opinion. For the price that the Xbox 360 is available and the game selection and the plethora of accessories, I see no reason why not to try to get an Xbox 360 over a PS3, unless there are exclusives that you are only interested in.
