Xbox 360 Wired Controller By Ntmanning on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

While the Xbox 360 Wireless Controller is the best I have ever had the pleasure of using, the Wired version would fall right behind it. It is exactly the same, except it has a cord so you won't have to use batteries. There is no lag in time while using the wireless, and the batteries last about 25 hours, so there really is no advantage in owning a Wired Controller over the Wireless one. That being said, it still is one of the best controller button layouts ever and feels very well while holding it in your hand. For just $10 more though you can have full wireless freedom in your next-generation gaming system, so it would be best to invest into a wireless controller. I am surprised that there is even a wired controller in the first place, but I am sure some people would prefer it for some reason or another.
