Xbox - Xbox v1.6 review

It's been a lot of time since the Xbox has been released and the Xbox 360 but since I own the former one, let's talk about that because of it's wide range modding and hardware hacking! Xbox is a console made by Microsoft to rival the Playstation series by Sony. Xbox was an excellent console with wide multimedia capabilities and upscaling powers. It could be the best multimedia all in one player. This is when the Xbox hacking started and Xbox became more famous. Because of the hacks, the Xbox could play any format with out any fluctuation. It was perfect until XBMC was relesed which had changed the feel of Xbox. It felt like a console from the future. Now for the Xbox itself, I own a Crystal Limited Edition and it looks good. It weighs at around 5KGs and this is what stops it's portabality ese. The controller is very comfortable to hold and it also looks very cool. This is a must buy console for any casual game since the price has now reached as low a $50. Also, you can install Windows, Mac or Linux onto the Xbox to make it a multimedia PC. The stock 8GB HDD can be swapped with a bigger HDD to store music and movies onto the box. The modding is very easy and it needs only patience and can give fruitful results.
