Xerox Copy Center - be prepared to wait!

I work in an office and yes even with computers I still do a lot of copying. I am still trying to figure out why the company bought this copier. It has been a total disappointment. Biggest problem, if you make a copy walk away for a minute and then come back to make another copy it is already in sleep mode. You have to wait about 2 minutes for it to come back! This has become a real issue with everyone in the company. We have called Xerox to see if we can reset the sleep mode but they tell us its automatic and can't be changed. I spend more time waiting around to make a copy then anything else. I am along with just about everyone in the office is trying to talk the boss into dumping this machine and getting something else. All I can say is I am glad I didn't pay for this!
