Yamaha Vino 125 By okyots on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I've always wanted a scooter. When I went to the Yamaha place and looked for one, the Vino stood out to me. First off, it's a 125cc, which means it'll be able to keep up with traffic. The top speed is 80, but the most I've gotten it up to was about 65mph. It's very easy to handle, but like a motorcycle, you have to give yourself a learning period. It was a little difficult learning how to balance at first, but now it's like riding a bike (so to speak). The horn sounds very wussy, but that's ok with me. It's automatic which I like because I've ridden a motorcycle before and I can't get the whole clutch thing down to a point where I'd be comfortable on the road.

This scooter would be great due to the gas prices. I plan on using my motorcycle much more this summer because it's much cheaper on gas.

I want a scooter but with 2 kids it isn't very practical.
