Yankee Candles
By Cheri Little onYankee candles...what can I say...Love them, Love them, Love them!!! These have been the best scented candles I've found. I particularly love the pumpkin spice, it scents the roon so quickly after being lit. Like most candles, they don't tend to last very long. I think the largest jar tends to last about 30 hours. I guess if you only light them for a couple hours at a time it's not so bad, but if you are one like me and love the ambiance of candles and burn them all day, they only last about 5 days. Oh well..I'm more concerned with getting a good smelling candle and this type sure has the others beat. As an average they are slightly higher in price, but you always pay for the name and quality. What's nice is that you can go right to the main company and buy them online, push out the middle man, it doesn't mean that they'll be cheaper though...so beware.
Yankee candles?Hmm...they sure sounds perfect for a candle light dinner.Beside creating a romantic atmosphere,those scent really make LOVE in the air.
Yes they are a lil higher in price they sell them at Bed Bath and Beyond where I live. Do they have alot of black soot when you burn them? I don't no if it is that brand but I have heard that the wicks have lead in them. I found a candle that is 90% soot free and made of all natural products for about the same price. They have not waste the jar looks like you cleaned it when your done. Not sure what size you are buying but the ones I burn are 16oz and last 80 -100 hours. Do you trim your wicks often you may get longer use out of your candle by doing so. My favorite is Angel wings it kinda smells like Bird of Paridise. Candles make you house smell soooo good!! And they are pretty to have for decoration around the house to. I love Candles!!!

What is this brand?...I'd try them out. Yes, I do get the soot around the glass when I don't cut the wicks back. It's the scent that I care about the most.
I am a big candle fan too and burn them most of a day. Yankee candles are a bit higher priced but they do smell very nice.
My wife wants nothing else but this brand of candles!
I love this yummy candles! I just love, love, love them. It's very expensive here in Dubai so I just buy the tea lights... =)
