G'day all. Let's have a chat about my son's shoes. Now I know all about individualism and expression,but Alex's shoes are out there. He loves to wear Converse Chuck Taylor Hi-Tops. The most colorful and wild designs are always the ones he chooses.All his friends have the same taste in shoes.I think it is a huge culture. These canvas hi top sneakers that allow such expression. Some of his favorites start out as the plain ones and he get busy with the paints and markers and the finished product is amazing. I keep them even though he has out grown them.It is like wearing a canvas painting. He says they are very comfy to wear and they look very stylish on the littlest tot all the way up to the young tween and teen of today. The only down I can see with these shoes is that most kids don't leave them plain,so washing can be tricky. (and smelly) If they are plain,they wash great. Sometimes we wash them just to give him a new canvas to draw on. How ever your little one expresses themselves let them show it off, and watch them shine. Cheers
