Our bedroom gets so dry in the winter that we wake up coking on the dry air. Finally we decided to go out and get a humidifier. I am not going to lie, two things made up my mind on the Reli(On cool mit hu,idifier. One, the price, it was the least expensive one. Two, no need to replace the filter. Simply rinse and flip the filter before each filling. The humidifier hold up to 1.25 gallons of water. It is easy to fill also. A humidifier is supposed to help youbreathe better and for once I didn't wake up all stuffy and dry.
The model we got is for smaller rooms. Our bedroom is of small to medium size and it certainatly worked for us. Depending on the room size it can run up to 36 hours. That's a long time for a humidifier designed for small rooms. The only thing is the noise. Although it isn't any noisier thana small fan it will take some getting used to for me. However other than that, I am one un stuffy satisfied customer.

do they cause any mould issues? and i'm sure after a while the house would get hot, as the humidity is too high.
We have one here which isgood....as you say it is meant for smaller rooms:)
