You've Got Mail By Karen By Karen on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

You've Got Mail is a chick flick, and I enjoy this movie with Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan. In this movie, Meg Ryan owns a sweet little children's book store. Her business is being affected by a big book chain that has moved into the neighborhood. Little does she know that the owner of this superstore is a pal she has been confiding in online. One scene that especially touches me in this movie is when Meg Ryan locks up her little book store for the last time, because she can't keep her business thriving with the stiff competition she has been dealt. It always puts a lump in my throat when I watch her look at the store one last time and then walk away.

You've Got Mail is a tender love story. The movie shows how progress can affect lives, sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse, and sometimes a little bit of both. The movie is rated PG, is 120 minutes long, and has special features such as a behind-the-scenes documentary, audio commentaries, interactive menus, production notes and more.

I like You've Got Mail. It's a nice love story with a happy ending. Who can ask for more.
