This was the worst purchase I may have made in college. I wanted extra energy and less of an appetite, and this product was the newest on the market at the time. It made me physically ill. I felt grossly nauseated every time I took it, so much that I COULDN'T eat, but then, I couldn't actually do anything else, I had to literally sleep it off it was so miserable. It also affected my moods, taking it made me angry and depressed, and those symptoms went away the DAY I stopped using it. I see NO good coming from using this product, ever. It was ineffective, expensive, and made me sick. I have tried other diet aids in the past with moderate success, but if you're looking for the miracle cure, this one is FAR from it. Avoid this one at all costs, and always remember that diet and exercize are what make the difference, not a miracle pill to make you feel sick.
