Zelda: The Minish Cap Worth A Play By Matt Irwin on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Zelda: The Minish Cap is Nintendo's version of Zelda for the Game Boy Advance. The story remains largely the same, except Nintendo cleverly replaced Ganon with some evil villian named Vatii. Despite this minor change, the gameplay will seem strikingly familiar as Link travels from dungeon to dungeon collecting the elements. In order to intice old fans, Nintendo added a new feature called Kinstone Fusion. Throughout Hyrule are halves of Kinstones hidden in various locations. When you combine these Kinstones with other Hyrulians, the game cuts to some other part of Hyrule where something has happened. While this feature may entertain some, I found it to be more of irritating than anything; some people will fuse Kinstones multiple times, while others may only fuse after you have completed a certain part of the game. Overall, Zelda: The Minish Cap is a worthy investment for any fan of the series. Although it may not bring anything terribly new to the table, its main quest is sure to please any Zelda fanatic.
