Zenith Security Flood Light By Kakoa on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

We have a large driveway on our in the middle of the country. Of course there's not much light out here so we needed additional lighting. We decided to get a security motion light, but didn't want to spend too much on it. We found this Zenith motion light and have been happy with it so far.

It has two flood lights on it that can hold up to 150 watt bulbs. We put 90 watt bulbs in it and they are plenty bright enough. I don't think we will ever put anything higher in there. We did have to put it at the top of our garage for instillation reasons, but it gives great light way out into our yard.

It has a 150 degree radius of motion detecting and out to 70 feet away from the sensor. I wish it went out a little further, but it's not too bad if you have a shorter driveway. It was very easy to install. It has the capability of coming on after dusk with motion, or staying on after dusk constantly. As far as we can tell there is no way to turn it on until it is after dusk.

I think this is the same one my son has on his garage. Seems to work fine!

Fantastic product. I think I am going to Home Depot and do some shopping for these. Thanks for sharing this information.

We just added some of these! I feel better when my hubby is gone out on a call.
