Zero Interest Car Loan Seals The Deal
By JPnMO onWhen I was looking for my last new vehicle, I had a good idea of what I was looking for, or at least the basics. All the miscellaneous stuff they add to vehicles is enough to make me crazy. Not having children, I have no use for a DVD player, yet it was hard to find a vehicle without one. After months of searching car lots in person and even more online, I found the right vehicle for me.
Finding the right vehicle is a long drawn out process that overwhelms me. Taking care of the financing turned out to be very easy.
Ford was offering a cash back deal or 0% financing. Though the rebate was definitely appealing, having lower car payments was more important to me. The cash would probably be gone but the car payments would go on. After figuring it up, we decided that it was a better deal to go for the no interest payment.
While they were getting my vehicle ready at the dealership, I was taking care of the financing in their office. It's amazing how fast and easy that is now, compared to years ago.Within minutes, we had it all worked out and the papers signed.
I financed my vehicle through Ford Motor Credit. With no interest, it became a no-brainer. I decided that I wanted the payment to be made automatically each month, so I never had to send in a payment. In my head, I told myself that it would hurt less that way, but writing it in my check book each month is about the same as mailing it in, minus the stamp.
I've been very happy with Ford Motor Credit and how my financing was handled. I never worry about a late payment, which is one less thing to remember. I plan to do it the same way next time.

I can't believe that loan sharking is made legal these days. This company stoops as low as to threaten your relatives and neighbors if they are "hidding" the loanee! I am 60 days past due on my account due to financial hardship and the phone calls have not stopped. This company calls my parents 3 times a day as well as my neighbors, and this is after talking to me! What is their problem? DO NOT FINANCE THROUGH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A COMPLETE AND TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!! They are harassing, abusive, non-compassionate, ruthless, rude, underhanded, and the list goes on and on and on and on!!! You might as well get a payday loan to get a car, you will get harassed less.
I'm glad you had a hassle free experience while buying your car. it has been a long time since I sat in a car dealership's finance office. It seemed like I was in there for hours! It's good that they have made the process easier. Congratulations on your new car!
