I was very skeptical about Zicam when it first came out, that it could shorten the length and severity of a cold.But I figured why not try it.It is homeopathic, so I figured it couldn't be too bad.I am so glad I did.I am sold on Zicam!It works the best when you get the first little hints that your getting a cold.The earlier I take it when I feel a cold coming on, the better it works.I have had a cold go away in less than a week and with little symptoms.I bought the rapid melt tablets, but I really don't like the taste.they have other products that I will probably buy the next time, such as nasal swabs.I think the nasal swabs may even work better, since you are applying the medication right to the source of the cold.
