I am an allergy, cold and sinus sufferer. I have taken allergy medications and allergy shots for years. Nothing has really seemed to help me much until I discovered zinc. When I read about Zicam and talked to my pharmacist I decided to try Zicam nasal swabs. I usually have colds and sinus infections from fall through the spring. I had a nasty virus from fall into December and was using an antibiotic that really didn't seem to be affecting my symptoms very much.

My pharmacist said that he started using Zicam nasal swabs whenever he started getting symptoms and it really helped him get over his cold faster. Since I had used soothers which helped me in the past I decided I would try it. It really helped me. It not only prevented me from getting the cold that my son and husband got it also seemed to relieve some of my usual sinus congestion.

It is easy to use and isn't a product that you use orally. You just apply the nasal swab in your nostril and hold your nostril gently closed for 5 seconds and repeat on the other side. Do not blow your nose for about 20 minutes and I felt immediate results. I highly recommend this product.
