Zicam Cough Mist - Works Wonders
By Timekeeper onA friend who works at a hospital told me about Zicam when I started to get a cold. He swore by it and being a good friend I believed him and purchased some that afternoon. Zicam comes in nose swabs, throat sprays and nose sprays. I buy the throat sprays, they are easy to use and I keep one in my car, one in my desk at work and one at home. You spray the back of your mouth/ throat 3xs every four hours. The cough one really gets rid of that irritating throat tickle, the one you cannot drink away with water!I also love that it is non-drowsy and alcohol free! I start to use it as soon as I feel a cold coming on and am usually good as new in 3 days or less. A really really bad cold hung on for four days last winter but I wasn't coughing like everyone else in my office! I now swear by the stuff and give my daughter the kids cherry version for her colds.
