I bought this while in holiday to new york, compared to mp3 players in my country (united kingdom) this was a bargain so i jumped on it and bought it right away. the player looks very nice and seems to be inside a shell, the screen is very bright and allows for customisable backgrounds which is nice.

The player isnt very big, nor is it very small although it feels very nice in your hand and i odubt it would be easy to lose.

Inside the box you were given the zune software, the zune itself, a carry case for your zune, the usb cable and a set of headphones.

The zune software was easy to istal and is a nice way to manage it music as it is very easy to use and very nice to look at, possibly better than windows media player and most definately better than itunes. It offers a greeat offer called a zune pass which allows you to download as much music as you want and keep listening to it legally for the price of one cd a month and each month you are allowed to permamently keep 10 tracks.

The carry case was merely a sleeve but keeps the zune well protected from scratches.

The usb cable was unfortunately not standard and if lost you will have to get another zune cable as it is not a generic size unfortunately.

Theh headphones have great clarity and sound really well they are alos magnetic and can hook together with grooves on the surface to stop them from getting tangled.

The player itself has wifi capabilities and allows you to see waht otherzunes in the area are playing and othern ice features such as that.

I can go for days with out charging my zune and still have ample battery life.
