I decided to try out contact lenses due to disliking my glasses. I was prescribed Acuvue ADVANCED with Astigmatism for my astigmatic eye. I had no trouble with putting regular contact lenses in my astigmatic eye, so I figured these would be twenty times easier. How wrong I was. When I got the contacts it took me about half an hour to stick them in my eye. They kept gluing themselves to my finger...
These contacts are great! They last two weeks per pair (but will still work fine if you leave them in a little longer). They also are very comfortable. I've only had discomfort on days when I fall asleep with them in, which I've experienced with every other type of contact lenses I have tried. But all other times they truly do feel like you're not wearing them at all. They are ...
My eye doctor gave me a sample of the Acuvue Advance 2 for astigmatism and I was quite surprised with the clarity. I have never had a pair of contacts that were so clear. I have my eyes examined at Walmart Vision Center and am thoroughly pleased with the eye exams and my eye doctor. They have two eye doctors there but always request the same doctor. He does a wonderful job. He selected Bausch & Lomb SofLens Toric contact lenses for me. I have astigmatism. These contacts are so comfortable. They do not move around on the eyes. I have been wearing t...
These were my first type of contacts. I have an astigmatism, apparently, and they didn't bother me too much. After wearing them too much, my eyes become irritated, but I think that is expected to happen when your eyes don't get anough oxygen. The contacts fit my eyes well and I don't have problems with them moving in my eyes, which is a bonus since I can't always rush to the bat...
