I love scrapbooking, and one of my favorite tools to use in my designs is the Fiskars border punch. The one shown in the pictures is the flower border design. This is a very easy way for me to get a beautiful edge on my paper. All I have to do is place the edge of the paper under the cutter and press down on the lever. It gives a nice clean cut of the design. To continue along the full length of the edge of paper, I line up the section already cut with the design printed on the cutter that allows me to easily align the paper for the next cut, for a seamless line of design. This allows me to use this on any length of paper.
The punch is 7.5 inches long, made with heavy duty plastic and has a steel cutting blade, so it is very durable. I have made many, many cuts using this tool and it still cuts a clean design every time.
These come in a variety of different designs and are available in craft stores, scrapbooking stores and other stores that carry scrapbooking supplies.

Hooray! A scrap-booking article and a crafts sub-category! I just wish they'd made crafts a category, so that scrapbooking could be its own subcategory! Sounds like a great tool!
