I own a pug and along with pugs you have to deal with the occasional puppy accident (even though he is 5 years old).

I have tried several stain and odor removers that have not worked and unfortunately I am going to have to add this one to my list.  The product claims to eliminate stubborn stains, destroy tough odors, and prevent re-soiling.  I have to tell you it does not do any of these things.

I sprayed it on a puppy piddle on my carpet and was overwhelmed by the sickeningly sweet orange smell.  I bloated as I was supposed to after leaving it on the carpet the required ten minutes.  The stain dis come up, but the odor remained.  With the odor still lingering on my carpet I fear that my puppy will find a new favorite place to piddle. 

I have also used this product on our tile floor and fortunately it does work well on hard surfaces. 

I would say that if you have carpet, pass on this product.  Sorry.
