I happened across these Ferret treat at Walmart.  They are different than the ones that I have been buying for the girls for awhile.  It is very important for Ferrets to have a high protein diet to maintain optimum health.  After a hard day playing they like treats too.  Made in the USA this all natural treat contains chicken meal, chicken by-product meal, ground flaxseed, chicken fat, wheat middlings, brewers dried yeast, dried egg product, rosemary, yucca extract just to name a few of the ingredients.  Even thought it appears to look like cat food it is not meant solely for their regular diet.  You may feed it to your curious furry little critter by itself or mix it in with their food.  Being intelligent little things mine know when I put it in with their food and seek out and eat all of the treats first.  This is an affordable and wholesome treat that you little critters will love!
