I love Barbies.  I always have loved them I always will love them.  They come in various prices and styles.  You can find one that is inexpensive or expensive.  They fit all kinds of themes and can remind you of different times in your life.  They are not just for children anymore.  I started collecting them about ten years ago.  Sometimes it will be one that just catches my eye or it will be one that reminds me of something or someone.  I am saving them for my children for when they get older to either save as a collectible themselves or give to their children one day.  This one, the John Deere Barbie doll I bought because it reminds me of my brother in law.  He loves John Deere tractors and I thought it fitting that I should purchase it to remind me of his favorite things.  I think that they did a remarkable job staying with the theme on this Barbie doll.  One must not try to hard to figure out which doll they are trying to emulate.  She has on an adorable outfit.  I think that children would enjoy playing with her but I think that even more this type of doll fits a collectors fancy.  They have so many different groups that would be interested in purchasing such a doll from the collectors of Barbie dolls to just collectors in general.  Some people just collect all John Deere products and this could fit nicely in their collection.
