Toys / Outdoor Toys / Razor Scooter Jr.

3 threewheeler review image

The only reason our experience wasn't better, imo, was because our older son has a regular Razor scooter and our younger son really wanted one. He didn't know why he got stuck with the "baby" version. Due to this, he's spent most of his time outside waiting for his brother to put his real scooter down so he could hop on and ride it around.

On it's own though, this is a very cute, well-made item. There's an extra wheel on the back that reminds me of the continental kits on 1940's cars. It's "electric" blue with three wheels for extra stability, and tools kept in a small compartment on the actual scooter for use in raising the handle bars, etc.

It doesn't go as fast as a regular Razor scooter and it doesn't fold flat. After our experience though, I think I would only recommend one for younger children who don't have a sibling (or friend or neighbor) who has a "real" one.
