I am one of those people that will collect many things. My favorite collectable is Hot Wheels die cast cars. I have collected over 1000 of these cars in the last twelve years. I am a picky car collector when it comes to my collection. I am mostly into collecting #1's of a series, and muscle cars.
There is a muscle car that beats them all, and it is the Bat-Mobile. Over the years, Hot Wheels produced many versions of this kid favorite, and I have almost all of them.
In 2007, Hot Wheels released a new model of the Bat-Mobile in a series of thirty-six new releases. This new model, is the original version of the Bat-Mobile, as seen on the Batman TV series, starring Adam West. One of the reasons I collect the Bat-Mobile is because Adam West is from Walla Walla, Washington. That is my hometown. I have met Mr. West on three separate occasions.
Another reason that I am after this particular type of Hot-Wheels, is that I was born in 1966, the year of the spectacular TV hit series. It is in my blood.
The 2007 New Models have a distinct Gold strip down the right side of the package, with a (# of) tag at the top right. The Batman signal is found on the top left hand corner of this unique car. This one is an EYE-CATCHER, and is part of the new packaging that Hot Wheels has mustered up to make store browsing easier. This is an ideal collectable that no one can resist.

OMG... I think my little brother has a million of them!
My son has been collecting Hot Wheels for a few years now. I can not even begin to guess how many he has
The Bat-mobile is so cool! I'd love to see a picture of the car.
