Swiss Air is one of the finest airlines I have flown. I have never had any unpleasant experience like lost luggage or flight delays with this company. From the first minute of my trips and to the last, I have always enjoyed traveling in comfort and style. Flight attendants are very polite and polished, always ready to help. In-flight meals are generous, with one of the best kinds of ice cream I've ever tried for dessert, and that's economy class, not business. The flight from Chicago to Zurich is about 9 hours long, which can be a bit trying, but Swiss Air does its best to make it nice and smooth for the passengers. Individual TV screens & headphones allow you to watch movies or listen to music, pillows and blankets are given in case you want to take a nap. All kinds of small things like warm wet towels to clean your hands before meals and Oral-B teeth wipes deserve to be mentioned as well. Tickets for Swiss Air can be purchased online or through a travel agent; they are usually medium-priced.
