My state of Ohio has the #1 amusement park on the entire planet!  It is an awesome place to visit with the family.  If you like roller coasters this is the place to be!  Every year they build a new coaster, bigger and more thrilling than the year before.

I personally love the thrill roller coasters.  One of my favorites is the Top Thrill Dragster.  I road the Top Thrill Dragster for the first time this summer.  It is very high, 420 feet (42 stories) in the air, and reaches a top speed of 120 mph in a record 4 seconds!  It looks like a real dragster too. This isn't your father's roller coaster!  It's a quick ride and over before you know it!

Since we took our grandchildren with us we checked out the children's section.  I rode the swing rides and the Jr. Gemini ride with them. They have a variety of rides that they can ride alone too. They have a camp Snoopy area which is great for the kids, it's more of a playground, where they can just have fun.  Cedar Point is definitely is a family amusement park.

I would highly recommend Cedar Point to anyone who loves amusement parks.  It's a place for the whole family.  There are rides for all ages.

  • I've visited Cedar Point in Sandusky. We had alot of fun. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids. You will have a great time. I remember getting ready to leave the Park & several of us stopped at the coin toss on the plate stand. There must have been something wrong with this game or we were just good at it. We walked away with about four huge bears, I mean the big ones. Loved the Park!
