I love to drink tea during the day, especially when it is hot. My favorite brand of ready-made tea has always been Arizona. Since I have been on a low carbohydrate diet, however, I have had to switch to diet teas. At first, I tried other brands and did not like them at all. I asked around and was told that Arizona Diet Green Tea with Ginseng worth trying.

I have to say that after trying it I was really impressed with it. I have a real sweet tooth and this drink definitely satisfied it. It is sweetened with Splenda so I feel better about drinking it. There is also plenty of Vitamin C and only 10mg of sodium per serving. Do not be fooled, though. The serving per can is 3. If you plan on drinking the entire can like I do then you need to adjust the nutrition facts that are printed on the label.

The instructions on the can recommends shaking well and refrigerating after opening. There are no preservatives and they claim it is 100% natural tea. I just love that there is no sugar and it tastes really great. Most diet teas that I have tried in the past do not taste well and have aspartame in them. I prefer Splenda to aspartame any day.

Overall I recommend this product, especially to people that are on a diet. I am grateful Arizona came out with a no carb line for those of us that cannot tolerate sugar. Plus, there is plenty of vitamin C, which is a great antioxidant and great for people who are trying to lose weight.

Most stores sell one 23 Fl. Oz. can for about 99 cents. Sometime is 2 for 99 cents when it is on sale. I always stock up when it comes on sale because it is a great deal plus it is nice to have extra if you have guests over. Everyone loves tea and when you just do not have the time to make it is nice to have some extra cans on hand. You can also buy this tea in a plastic bottle for about $2.99 on sale, depending on the store that you buy it at. It think it is a few dollars more when it is not on sale. Either way, it is worth the money and I highly recommend it to anyone that loves tea.
