When my food was heating up in the microwave {OR CAN COOK IN THE OVEN}, which takes 6 mins and 3 mins separate to cook with a minute or two rest in between . I could smell the wonderful aroma of this nice saucy, spicy chicken healthy curry cooking and is exactly what it is . When heated up I set it out on my plate, the rice was lovely and tender, not sticky just right, the chicken was nice and tender also, it was full of tomatoes peppers and onions and the taste was really nice. There was an average amount of chicken and rice for one, but would have been better only in my opinion, with an extra dish salad, chips or chappatis such as. This curry is full with lovely flavours and tastes good, but a bit plain on its own without an extra side dish.

At a cost of £1 is a very good price for a good tasting curry, a healthy one at that, would have this again.
