Donald Trumps's show Celebrity Apprentice is both interesting and entertaining. The 2010 season is known as Celebrity Apprentice 3 or The Apprentice 9. So it is the third season of the Celebrity version of the show.
The Apprentice is a reality show where business men and women who are qualified compete to become an apprentice for Donald Trump, the American business magnate.
The Celebrity Apprentice is in its third season and features such personalities as Cindy Lauper, ex-governor of Illinois Rod Blagojevich, Sharon Osbourne (Ozzie's wife), and Bret Michaels, the former front man from rock band Poison, among others.
The contestants are divided into teams that compete against each other. Each team chooses a project manager for the task of the week, and if that team wins, the project manager gets a large sum of money for the charity they have chosen to support for the duration of the contest.
Some of the tasks for this season have been to run a New York Diner, set up and run a Kodak store front, do a makeover for a country singer, and create an exercise program for 24 Hour Fitness. The tasks never fail to become intense because of time constraints and personality conflicts.
The world of business is not one that I, personally, am involved in, so the show gives me an insider's peek that I find fascinating.
The team's work is judged by Donald Trump Jr., and Ivanka Trump, together with a guest judge each week which normally includes a representative for the company that the task involves. The team meets in Trump's boardroom at the end of the challenge where the winner/loser of the task is determined. This is where at the conclusion, Donald Trump's famous "You're Fired" comes into play.
The show is well put together and is an interesting look at the world of business.
