Like most people, I made a New Years resolution. What, you ask? Or do you? If you guessed loosing weight... well... you are right! I'd been thinking about it for a while and everytime I would get on a scale or look in the mirror, I would cringe. I am at my highest weight and even though my husband says he is happy just the way I am, I am not!
So, while the holidays were beginning, I was researching the best way to loose my weight. I m not a person that has ever stuck with something like this and I always fall off the wagon. I didn't want to do that this time. I knew that if I didn't do something ASAP, then I wouldn't be around for my family.
In my dozens of websites, literature, weight loss plans, and weight loss medication, I decided that I would try a website by the name of everydayliving.com.
When you access the website, you are asked to login or create a new user profile if you have never used the site. The main benefit I found is the support. This website offers a forum where you can go that will answer questions or find a buddy that will help you in your weight loss process.
This websites offers a lot of useful information including a calorie counter. When using the calorie counter, you simply search for the name of the food you have been eating. The site offers a search of over 45000 different types of food. Once it brings of the food you searrched, you choose when you ate the food and the date. This goes into a journal that also allows you to keep track of how much water you drank and the exercise you did.
I have been doing this for bout 10 days and so far, I am very comfortable with my calorie count. It has helped me to pay attention and read the back of each box or can of food.
This website also has other benefits such as a sympton locator as well as a search for prescription for drugs.
I really like this site and I am very glad that I found it.
