More from the Queen of ground beef, make a lot of meals and most of them are very quick and easy my husband is adamant about having his meals on the table and ready to eat to later than 6pm. I usually don't start cooking until 5:30 or 4 pm depending on what I am making most of my of my meals take me about 20 to 30 minutes or less, something's take about an hour I will share those at other times.
This recipe we call Kimber surprise because my step - son did not like tomatoes so we told him it was Kimber Surprise and he ate it and he loved it, the real name is goulash but I am going to call it Kimber Surprise for the Article.
One-Pound Ground Beef
Two Large cans of crushed tomatoes
Salt, Pepper & garlic salt
One package of Lipton Onion soup mix
Bring water to a boil add noodles cook noodles for 10 minutes. Brown ground beef, drain off any fat from the ground beef I usually brown the meat in a large pan. Next add your tomatoes and one can of water to each can, add your spices and onion soup mix and if your noodles are done drain them and added them to them. If the noodles are under cooked a little that is okay they will cook with the rest. Bring your pan to a full boil then turn down to low for about 15 minutes. Serve with a salad if you wish and rolls or bread. The meal takes about 30 to 40 minutes to make.
