I am a lover of food. I wish I won't not say that. But I really do like to eat. I love good food. And even if it is not so good, I eat. When I am sad, I eat. When I am angry, I eat. When I am happy and want to celebrate, I eat. If I don't like the food that was prepared, I prepare my own scrumptious food so that I can eat happily.
It is really daunting how my weight has ballooned in a short span of time. Imagine, 8 lbs in one month! How could that be? For a small girl like me (below 5 feet), that is a lot, considering that I am already overweight in the first place. Yeah, I can eat that much and it seems that my body is absorbing anythng and everything.
It can really get depressing.
I know what can make me lose weight. The problem is, I don't have the discipline to do so. I know the right diets, the exercises, etc. But the problem is making me maintain what I am doing. If I skip exercise for a day, then I would get really lazy. If I binge for a day because of a party, then I would continue eating in big servings.
The most effective diet for me so far to lose that much weight in a short period of time is the No Carb Diet. It can be low carb, but the no carb diet is much faster. At first I only wanted to lose 15 lbs. But since I gained weight, I need to lose some more. It would be nice to lose the 25 lbs that I gained in all and go back to my 95-pound frame. Of course, it is not as easy as it was when I was younger because my metabolism has really slowed down.
But so far, the fastest diet for me is the No Carb Diet. Hopefully, I will make it right this time and do lose the 25 pounds in 2 months. That is my goal.
