Recipe 1 is simple - Teriyaki Chicken in under 30 minutes:
I cook for two so you will have to double the recipe for people in your family.
Ingredients: skinless boneless chicken breast (I usually by it in packages already frozen and pre-packed two to a package, Cost is about $ 6.00 to $ 8.00) depends where you shop and I can make a few meals with it.
I use Kikkoman Teriyaki sauce
You take the chicken rinse and dry it put it in the largest frying pan then you pour the sauce over it about half a bottle depending on the size, you want to make sure the chicken is only half covered. Bring to a boil and then turn the heat down to simmer and cover the chicken you want to turn the chicken every 5 minutes or so. Then chicken takes about 20 minutes or until it is no longer tuff, you want it to be soft; Serve with any side dishes goes well with anything.

Recipe 2 is real easy - Ingredients Chicken, Rague and Mozzarella cheese Turn oven on to 350 degrees.
Rinse and dry chicken put in an 8x8 or 13x9 depending on your family size pour the spaghetti sauce over chicken bake for 50 minuets at which time you will cover the top with cheese for the next 10 minutes. Serve with salad, Noodles under the chicken.
