If you were looking to try something that is a little Hot and Spicy, I would recommend you try Walkers wood Traditional Jamaican Jerk Seasoning. It is a traditional Jamaican Jerk sauce used for barbecuing chicken, beef, and pork. This sauce is a marinade that is rubbed in sparingly because it is spicy into meat and left to marinate overnight. It is made of Scallions, scotch bonnet peppers, salt, black pepper, allspice, nutmeg, citri acid, sugar, and thyme. I am a hot and spicy person and love this product. However, if you do choose to try this sauce once you have marinated meat over night you will then barbeque it slowly or bake. This sauce has a nice flavor to it. If you do not like Hot and spicy I would suggest not choosing to try this sauce because even though it comes in a mild as well as hot flavors. I have purchased the mild flavor and for me this was still very spicy and hot but I would recommend it to anyone who likes many hot and spicy foods.

I follow that recipe to a T and I am now in love with Jamaican Jerk Chicken and lately I have been experimenting on a variety of other meats such as fish and beef but chicken has the best taste with this sauce so far for me.
I have been to Jamaica a few times and this is the closest sauce I have found to copying the flavor of the jerk chicken that I was able to enjoy in Jamaica.
