Getting fit is fun and challenging. I joined a website called. www.dailyburn.com. It is not just for people who want to lose weight. It is for people who are trying to get fit and workout.Using the workout challenges on this site.
You sign up and create your profile. There is a spot for uploading your before and after pictures as well as your progress pictures. You can invite others to be your motivators. I must say there are some great ones on there. It is also nice to return the motivation as well as receiving it.
It is great because you can keep record of your daily workouts and food intake with their easy to use calorie counters. You just add your food and it calculates it all for you. There are many challenges to get involved in. There are weekly challenges to yearlong challenges. You get icon rewards for your success. Some people have challenges for gift cards etc.
You can pick any workout challenges that are right for you. This goes on your monthly calendar. So you can see how many calories you had as intake and how many calories burned through your exercises. There are exercise video clips that show you how to do an exercise. There is a premium account or the free basic one. The free basic one has your calories, fat, carbs and protein counter. The premium account has sodium and fibre counter. Premium account also has a grocery list and a meal planner menu.
Both accounts have a food favourite list. However with the premium you can list a lot more than if using a basic account.
Over all. I find this site fun and rewarding. I have met some really great people on this site who are all wanting to staying fit and be healthy through food and exercise.
