When visiting friends this past summer to enjoy their pool, I had to think of ways to ensure that my toddler would have fun too. So, I asked my friend if there would be any pool toys that my toddler son would enjoy. Since she has a lot of friends with small children she had a lot of pool toys for toddlers and babies. One such pool toy was a floating rocketship.
The floating rocketship was made of vinyl. It had a clear plastic valve where you could blow air into it. It had two handles, a headrest and even a control stick. Similar toa baby swing at the par, there are two holes where you have to put the baby's legs through so they are supported in the water by the attached seat.
It was mainly blue and red in colour with a little bit of white. The top of the rocketship (including the wings) was coloured red while the bottom, headrest and control stick were blue. The wings had the numbers one and two on them.
While it looks like my son is in the pool by himself, believe me he wasn't. I was standing right beside him. You'd never want to leave your baby unattended in this flotation toy. He had such a blast, I couldn't get him out of the pool!
