I've got skin that heals supernaturally fast. At least that's what I'm told. That's great for cuts and scrapes, but there is one side effect that is not so great. I grow calluses as fast as fingernails, and need to keep scraping them off. For years I used a pumice stone in the shower, but honestly, my feet weren't fun to deal with. That's an understatement.
A few years ago a manicurist saw me in sandals and told me she would give me a deal if I would let her clean up my feet. Well, hedonist and cheapskate that I am, I jumped at the chance. I didn't know any of the things she taught me during that hour, and I got such great information, I tipped her to the point my "bargain" disappeared.
I also got a dispenser bottle and a big refill bottle of the callus remover she used on me. I have never seen anything that worked so well, before or since. Smelling slightly of orange ( instead of some awful sewer product like most ) the clear liquid is simply applied to the effected area after soaking and drying. Wait five minutes, rinse it off and rub with a towel or file.
Other products seem to dry up and turn into some gooey film that keeps you from getting the callus off. This product makes it just fall off, leaving smooth, living skin that looks great. I have no idea what they have added to it, and neither did a podiatrist I talked to. He became a convert, though, after trying it once.
You can find it online ( of course ) or at discount beauty supply houses. Don't be fooled into using something else; this IS the one.
