Honda Accord is nothing flashy. It is an economic sedan and serves every bit of what it's meant to do. Costing from 26000-28000 it is not what you would call a beater car. However, a car like that will last for 10 years or more from the day it is bought. So far, there has been no maintainence issues, and I have had it for 7 years, and so far there has been no problems.
It is not a powerful car. 150 horse powers is not what you would call a powerhouse, but then again, if you are driving your parents around with 2 younger siblings, why drive so fast? The speedometer shows an ambitious 260km/h top speed, but I have never pushed it past 160 and i don't ever intend to.
The car is easy to drive and steering is extremely easy to handle. The gas pedal might be a little sensitive comparing to the previous honda, but it's not a big deal, just takes getting used to. There is power windows, power locks, remote entry and all the features to satisfy a modern day driver. It is extremely spacious in comparison to the Honda Civic and has plenty of leg room. Do not be thrown off by my description, don't go jumping into the car when you're 6'4", it is spacious for someone of average size and who is not completely claustrophic.
Overall, it is a great car. It would not make you feel ashamed to drive it and it does not cost an arm and an leg. It is a popular car and people love the way Honda makes the car so worth buying. I will be keeping this car for a long time.
