I bought this because my dad had said I've not been exercising enough lately. I really like this because of it's adjustability(I can removed certain parts to make it lighter). I started with it at like 10 pounds because I wasn't tat strong at the time and plus 10 pound reps really do a number on me. I used this for many different workouts for my arms, and even my legs. I always feel great after a nice workout session, for some reason the soreness is soothing for a while. After about a month, I've upped the ante and raised it to 15 pound reps for my workouts. I'm currently still struggling with my 15 pound reps, but I feel my improvement everyday. I would recommend this to just about any type of person that wants to work out a bit. Even If you aren't that strong or just want to keep a bit toned, remember the bar itself is about 5 pounds. That would be a great start for the youngling bodybuilders. However, you should also consider but a bar or something like that if you really want to get serious!
