You know how little boys just get all caught up in the whole dinosaur thing. Every little boy I've ever known was infatuated with them for a few years. Right now that's my six year old grandson's passion. His mama, my daughter, got the best deal at the Goodwill Thrift Store a few weeks ago on this great toy that nurtures her little guy's dino interest.
They were having a .99 sale on all toys and she found a never before opened Look and Learn Dinosaurs View Master set by the National Wildlife Federation.
The whole thing is cute because the reel viewer is made to look like binoculars and even has a place to hold the reels built right in. This makes pretending to be on a real dinosaur hunt easy. Just pop in one of the three reels, and you've got a full sized, 3D Triceratops (or whatever) right before your eyes! What fun!
He has a lot of fun playing with it, reading the information on the pictures, and imagining that he is a paleontologist or even a big game hunter. He knows way more about dinosaurs than I do!
