I remember playing 4 in a row when I was younger and couldn't resist buying this game for my kids, however this one is the electronic version which takes 3 AA batteries, the game is pretty much the same only it is red in colour and this one has no counters, You can play head to head with the computer or there are three different challanges to complete with friends. Each of the challenges are different and will require a different strategy to win.

The first challange is the normal four in a row - played inthe usual way!

The second challange is drop down

The third challange is The Ultimate

Like I said there are no counters with this game, once the batteries have been inserted there are 5 buttons on each side for the players, these buttons are at each row and when these buttons are pressed then there are lights on each side of the game. The instructions provided are easy to follow so I wont go into details of how the games should be played.

At first my kids were not to keen on this game but after a few games they really got into it, with the added challanges this game becomes a lot more fun and the fact that you can play this alone or with another player is also quite good! needless to say this is a two player game and is suitable for most age groups.
