When I went to the province of Bohol, I stayed at Metro Centre Hotel. This hotel has great amenities. I like the free Continental breakfast that they serve you in their dining lounge. The staffs are very hospitable too. If you are like me who do not know the local dialect, you need not worry because they can speak and understand English. What I like the most is you could use their amenities for free such as their swimming pool and gym.

The room I rented is for single occupancy only but I was surprise to see that the room has 2 single beds which I later learned is standard for their single occupancy rooms. This is great because if you have a companion with you in your trip you need not pay for two rooms. You could just split the cost of a single occupancy room because it already has 2 beds unless you really want separate rooms. The service of the hotel is great also. I forgot to bring the battery charger for my mobile phone on my trip so I rented the one that they have. Hot water on the shower is always available. The toilet and bathroom is clean and smells good. They also have cable-ready television and a small fridge available. They charge 1, 250 Php per overnight stay for single occupancy rooms.

The best thing about this hotel is that it is located in the city and the province’s capital. It is near retail shops, grocery stores, and most important of all, it is just a few minutes away from the domestic airport. The only downside to this hotel is that you need to book your reservations in advance because there are a lot of people who likes to stay in this hotel.
