I’ve started to see a gynecologist after a year my hubby and I got married. I guess I was afraid if there was anything wrong with me or my hubby. Actually this is the first medicine that was prescribed by my gynecologist for me after she diagnosed that I suffered no crucial diseases concerning my womb. In other words I have nothing to worry about, that I’m healthy and okay. But she still prescribed me a medicine somehow (though it’s actually vitamin), in the hope that it could help increase my chance of getting pregnant. This medicine is called Santa-E, a sugar-coated caplet made by Sanbe. Like I said, this is actually vitamin, Vitamin E. As it indicated on the packaging, each caplet of this contains dl-alpha-Tocopheryl-Acetate (vitamin E) of 100mg. This is supposed to be for people suffering from vitamin E deficiency. My gynecologist told me to take one caplet a day. What’s best from this med is that it helps me to make me sleep better, at night or day. I once read that one of the functions of vitamin E is helping get a better sleep. I guess it’s true.. :) Though I’m not yet pregnant ‘til now, I still consume this med occasionally. To my surprise, this med is sold publicly, so I don’t have to buy it on doctor’s prescription. My friend, who is a pharmacist, said that it was okay for me to consume it without doctor’s prescription.
