Image for A Great Stratocaster Copy, At A Good Price

A few years back, I was looking around for an entry-level guitar at an affordable price. As a beginner, I wanted something that produced a good sound, had a smooth fret board (easy to slide your hand on) and was fairly light. I found this Austin Strat copy for a reasonable price that had everything I wanted, which made my decision to purchase it easy.

Product Specs

- Maple Neck

- Rosewood Fret Board

- Lightweight

- 2002 Model

- Whammy Bar

- 21 Fret Board

- Sealed Tuning Pegs

- 5-Way Toggle Switch

- 3 Single Coil Pickups

- Great Action (The action on this guitar is amazing, and is very easy to move your hand up and down the fret board)

- Light Weight (Light guitar for an electric)

- Shape of the Body (A natural feel to the body of the guitar which also sits very comfortably in your lap. Easy access to all the frets)

- Neck (It is quite narrow and thin, making it easy to use all of the frets)

- 5-Way Toggle Switch (Each setting changes the sound quite a bit, working very well)

- Whammy Bar (An okay whammy- bar yet not super effective, being a bottom of the line one)

- Sleek Finish (Nice smooth mahogany finish to it)

- Sound (Delivers a nice sound for the price, making me quite impressed)

- Durable (A solid body and neck)

- Stays in Tune (It stays in tune most of the time)

- Tone Dials (The tone dials make barely any difference to the sound when adjusted, yet not a big problem)

Product Summary

Overall, this is an outstanding guitar for the price, having many features. It is very durable and has a great sound to it. For an entry-level guitar, it has everything a guitar player needs to get started and improve. I love the feel of this Strat copy when playing it, as well as the smooth body finish. The action is incredible on this guitar with the Maplewood neck and the rosewood fret board. Nothing has gone wrong with it since the day purchased. I would recommend this Austin guitar to anyone looking for a great quality guitar at a reasonable price.
