For the last three years, I have used the Aero Kaebo work out video as my additional exercise regimen. It is easy and slow, but it is real fat burner. It is actually a Filipino production and lasts only 40 minutes for the full workout. But it also includes mat training exercise and a 10 minute short workout.
Although it is slow and easy I would perspire already about 8 minutes into the work out. They don't give out instructions. The models and trainer have their back to the viewer, so it is easy to follow their movements. NO dancing prowess needed, just the desire the exercise.
It is a perfect supplement to weights training. It is a full body cardio exercise.
By the way, Aero Kaebo means that it is a combination of Aerobics, Karate and Boxing.
