Air Bud: Seventh Inning Fetch is the fourth movie in the Air Bud series. In this movie, Buddy demonstrates and adds baseball to his list of many talents. Josh has gone off to college, and Buddy is left at home with the little sister, Andrea. Andrea is having a hard time fitting in at her junior high and is having a hard time dealing with a new baby in the house. So she joins the baseball team. She's not really that good, but when Buddy demonstrates talent, the team is happy to have Andrea and Buddy. However, baseball is not the only focus of this movie; there is also a mystery involved. It is, in fact, a mystery that Buddy must find a way to solve. The grown puppies are being kidnapped from their homes, and no one know what's happening. It is up to Buddy to save the pups. This movie is rated G for General Audiences and is 93 minutes long.
I wasn't sure with the change of the main character (Josh to Andrea) how my daughter would like this movie, but it didn't seem to effect her at all. She loves the entire Air Bud series. Anytime a new friend comes over, she pulls them out and they watch them. She really likes this one as Buddy seems more geniunely good at the sport than he did in a few of the others. It is similar to the first one in that respect.
