Alli is the only over-the-counter weight loss program that is approved by the FDA.

When I saw this, I was sure this would help me with my battle with extra weight. I purchased the plan, which comes with an instruction booklet. This booklet explains how the Alli pill along with a low-fat, reduced-calorie diet can help increase your weight loss by fifty percent than with dieting alone.

I can not stress enough that this program is not for everyone and how important it is to limit your fat intake. Alli prevents your body from absorbing about twenty-five percent of the fat you eat. If you eat too much fat, you can experience "treatment effects" that are not pleasant. Treatment effects such as gas with an oily discharge, loose stools, and/or frequent, uncontrollable stools may occur if you are taking in too much fat.

I did lose weight with this program, but after two months decided to discontinue use due to the uncomfortable treatment effects I was experiencing. I did limit my fat and calorie intake considerably and came to the conclusion that this pill just was not compatible with my body.

Once you purchase the program, you do have access to their website that us very helpful and allows you to individualize your plan to increase your success. The also have sample menus for you to use with recipes.

Before purchasing this product, review their website to make sure this is a program that you are committed to.
